In the event that you consult the invoice from our website
and it displays an amount greater than the one originally displayed when
ordering, please contact the customer service at your respective TW Warehouse
whom will then provide you with the invoice from our System.

FOR TW Edmonton & TW Mississauga customers and for TW Longueuil customers starting October 26th, 2020
When selecting « Release B/O » on your online order, all parts on past orders that were backordered and that we now have in inventory, will be shipped along with your order.**
**Exception: If the order type selected is “stock order” or “add to stock order” then the minimum amount needs to be reached for backordered parts that are now available to be released with the web order.
